It has been a progressive quarter for our clients. Indeed, many landed their dream jobs, and some, transitional jobs, as they worked with The Barrett Group’s (TBG) program toward their dream jobs. This success is a testament to the collaborative effort of our team.

Highlights of Offers Accepted:

Dan Resendes’ client, D., secured a high-level leadership role. Congratulations!

To begin, D. accepted a position as Head of a Transportation company with total compensation exceeding $1M. In addition and notably, this was an increase from D.’s initial offer of $300K. Moreover, equity ownership on day one also significantly increased total earnings. Importantly, this opportunity was discovered through the Unpublished Market.

In Another Exciting Development, Congratulations to David Black’s and his client, B., who landed in the C-suite!

B. accepted a Chief of Staff position at an Information Technology & Services organization, with a total compensation of over $400K. Specifically, this was over $15K above the initial offer, and B. also found this opportunity through the Unpublished Market.

Furthermore, Lori Chevalier’s client, C., also landed in the C-suite! Well Done!

Additionally, C. accepted the position of Chief Information Officer at a Visual Aid company. C.’s base was over $300K, coupled with a $100K sign-on bonus, and over $100K in bonus plus benefits. However, C. found this opportunity through a third-party recruiter.

To Conclude, and Untimately, Rob Wicker’s client, T. landed an EVP role. Congratulations to both!

T. accepted an offer from a Construction company to serve as Executive Vice President of Global Operations. In particular, T.’s final, accepted offer of $270K was $25K over the initial offer, and once again, significantly, this opportunity too was discovered through the Unpublished Market.

 

Highlights of Offers Received:

Congratulations to Lori Chevalier and her clients, C. & A.!

Primarily, C. received an offer from an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management company to serve as their Vice President and C.’s’ total compensation offer was for $300K.

Furthermore, A. received an offer from a Finance & Financial Services company for a Consultant for Director position. A.’s offer included compensation of a $250K base, over $60K bonus potential, 3% contribution, 401K and profit sharing of 5%. Moreover, this was yet another opportunity uncovered through the Unpublished Market as well.

Subsequently, Congratulations to Larry DiBoni and his client, B.! 

Following that, B. received an offer from a Commercial Real Estate Investment and Advisory firm for $240K. 

Finally, Congratulations to Debbie Brupbacher and her client, P.!

Rounding it off, P. received an offer from a Pharmaceutical company to serve as their Vice President.
